The project defines the systematic set of interventions to adapt the basement of the building located in Mestre – via Brentavecchia corner via Poerio for the creation of an information and cultural space. The project involves the construction of a lowered patio, compared to the country floor, in the open space behind the building to increase the lighting, ventilation and safety conditions of the basement itself through the demolition of a small portion of the floor currently impracticable.
