Feasibility report to convert the old fish market into the new integrated Municipal library center.

The feasibility study explores the contextual conditions (spatial, relational, cultural, institutional, programmatic and regulatory), the analysis of demand, the management model, and the financial and economic feasibility of the conversion of the old fish market of Trieste into a new municipal library with activities for the public scheduled throughout the day, in particular checking the feasibility of different spatial proposals based both on the existing masterplan and any legislative constraints.
